Level 3 Food Safety is an advanced, food hygiene course designed with line managers, team leaders, supervisors, and anyone else with a role of responsibility within the food industry. It is also suitable for small business owners and managers.

This is an amazing 3 day course for anyone who supervises a food team whether food manufacturing, hygiene supervisors or the preparation or service of food. Small business owners or managers such as a café, sandwich shops and coffee shop will also gain a detailed knowledge of food safety for their operation. The course is available for caterers, manufacturers and retailers.

Is there an exam? 

A multiple choice paper is completed at the end of the training or e-learning.

 

Environmental Health Officers will usually want to see this course completed every three years.

The course is delivered by e-learning, Qualify Anywhere, Classroom or In-House.

 

How long does the training take?

e-learning 9-12 hours

Qualify Anywhere 10-13 hours

Classroom 3 days

In-house 3 days

 

Classroom and in-house courses are run over three days starting at 9.30am and finishing around 4.30pm giving you plenty of time to sort out your emails and spend time in the real world. 

 

Qualify Anywhere and e-learning allow you to train at a pace that suits you. Qualify Anywhere allows you the opportunity to sit the accredited exam at a time that works for you. 

If you have a group of six or more an in-house course delivered at your premises may be more convenient and cost effective.
