E-Learning packages to suit every business

We have a full suite of health and safety, food hygiene, fire, allergen management and personal development online courses accredited by the highly respected Highfield Qualifications awarding body. We administer the courses for your teams, or, for no extra cost, provide you with access to your own easy to use learning management system. That way, you can assign learners when required, re-set their passwords, monitor progress, and download duplicate certificates when needed.

How much do the courses cost?

A minimum purchase of 10 courses is required, which can include a mix of different subjects that you can select and use anytime within two years. If a team member leaves before starting a course, it can be reassigned.


Short Courses:

  • £5 each for 100+  
  • £6 each for 1-99  


Scale 1 Courses:

  • £10 each for 100+  
  • £12.50 each for 20-99  
  • £15 each for 10-19  


Scale 2 Courses:

  • £15 each for 100+  
  • £17.50 each for 20-99  
  • £20 each for 10-19  


Scale 3 Courses:  

  • £95 each for 100+  
  • £115 each for 50-99  
  • £135 each for 20-49  
  • £155 each for 10-19  
  • £175 each for 1-9

Induction Training

Induction training should ideally be completed on a team member’s first day and always before they are left unsupervised. Recommended courses include:

 

  • Level 1 Food Safety (Scale 1)
  • Introduction to Allergens (Scale 1)
  • Level 1 Health and Safety (Scale 1)
  • Introduction to Fire Safety (Short course)

Train the team

Further training should be completed before team members who handle food are left unsupervised. This should be accompanied by on-the-job coaching in your specific procedures. Suggested courses include:

 

  • Level 2 Food Safety for Catering or Manufacturing (Scale 2)
  • Level 2 Health & Safety (Scale 2)

Train the management team

Supervisors, managers, and those involved in recipe development, training material design, HACCP planning, food safety procedures, or health and safety risk assessments should complete higher-level training, such as:

 

  • Level 3 Food Safety (Scale 3)
  • Level 3 Health & Safety (Scale 3)

These courses can be enhanced with a virtual or face-to-face invigilated exam, providing an additional OFQUAL-regulated certificate. Contact us for more details.

Fire Marshal training

While on-the-job coaching for your premises-specific procedures and practical fire extinguisher training is essential, this course equips your designated fire marshals with the necessary knowledge, understanding, and confidence to fulfill their role effectively.
