The Level 3 Food Allergen Management in Catering is aimed anyone who has a responsibility for food from purchase to production including delivery. The training is also suitable for anyone who owns or runs a small catering business.
This course will build a knowledge base around;

The level 3 allergen management course will equip you with vital skills to ensure allergens remain a focus.
There is a multiple choice exam at the end of the training day.
The course is delivered Virtually, in the Classroom or In-House.

Classroom training starts at 9.30am and finishes 5pm.
If you choose in-house you can specify the times that best suit the operation.
If you have a group of six or more an in-house course delivered at your premises may be more convenient and cost effective.
